The granulation equipment compresses dry powder raw materials by roll compression in the form of plates, which are sized into flakes. It provides an optimum solution for water- or heat-sensitive raw materials because addition of a solution and a drying process are eliminated, and significantly reduces cost by eliminating these processes in the manufacturing method. By adopting DPS rolls and side seals developed by Freund, uncompressed powder can be minimized with a uniform pressure distribution. Due to the optional deaerating mechanism, powder with a large specific volume can also be processed.

Dry Granulator Roller Compactor granulates raw material powders through continuous process of compacting, molding, breaking and granulating.
