Our technical team has decades of experience in pharmaceutical production processes, particularly in:
■ Complex granulation technology: mixing, coating, moisturizing, and homogenization application technology that requires very precise and high uniformity of particle size
■ Micro pill formula: Powder spherical granulation to spherical granules or micro pills (can be as small as 50 microns)
■ Powder coating: The unique centrifugal rotor technology can directly use powder to quickly increase the particle size of microspheres. Powder can be API, slow-release polymer, or pharmaceutical excipient.。
■ Solution/suspension coating: Precisely coat onto the core material, whether it is small pellets or large tablets.
■ The process equipment has been designed with great precision, combining scalability, application parts, and geometric expansion capabilities consistent with the production system.
