Step 1: Customer Inquiry After the client raises preliminary inquiries, we will confirm the detailed information of project goals and development indicators. At this stage, it is crucial to understand the customer's demand and the overall situation of the project.
Step 2: Face to face communication
During the face-to-face communication process, detailed information about customer needs and requirements will be collected. Our sales and R&D team at the technology center will work with clients to confirm important project information, such as product features and goals, development timelines, and budgets.
Step 3: Goal Setting+Quotation Preparation Based on the results of face-to-face communication, to establish a clear project objectives. Discuss and share specific goals (such as physical characteristics, quantitative values, target values), deliverables, and project progress policies with clients. And form a quotation.
第四步：计划编制
根据设定的目标，编制制剂开发项目的书面计划。 该计划包括项目目标、指标和交付成果、时间表和预算。 项目只有在获得客户批准后才能启动。
第五步：工作研究
项目启动后，开始实际研究工作。包括制剂前研究、制剂研究、放大研究和其他必要的工作，视项目目标而定。
第六步：报告撰写
研究工作完成后，将编写一份总结结果的报告。 报告包括详细的研究结果和分析，以及建议的解决方案。 该报告将提交给客户，作为项目的交付成果。
